Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the onboarding flow. You'll select your chronic condition, set your daily spoon limit, and start tracking your energy right away.

Yes! PaceMate is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your data is stored locally on your device. We never collect, store, or share your personal health information with third parties.

❓ Can I sync data across devices?

Currently, PaceMate stores data locally on each device. We're exploring cloud sync options for future versions. For now, you can export your data as a PDF and share it manually.

❓ What's the cost?

PaceMate is available to download. We may offer optional in-app features in the future, but the core energy tracking functionality will always be available.

❓ How do I report a bug?
